Licensor grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install, execute, and run the client modifications comprised within the Software solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly subject to the terms of this Agreement.\n\n2. Third-Party Platforms, Non-Affiliation, and Assumption of Risk\nNon-Affiliation: Secretcord is an independent third-party project and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Discord Inc. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.\n\nViolation of Platform Terms: The Licensee explicitly acknowledges and agrees that the execution of third-party client modifications, wrappers, hooks, or reverse-engineered interfaces violates the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines established by Discord Inc.\n\nSole Assumption of Risk: The Licensee assumes sole, full, and absolute responsibility for any sanctions, disciplinary actions, account restrictions, temporary suspensions, or permanent terminations enacted by Discord Inc. or related entities arising directly or indirectly from the installation, execution, or operation of the Software.\n\nDisclaimer of Platform Liability: Under no circumstances shall Licensor be held responsible or liable for any punitive, administrative, or preventative actions taken against the Licensee's accounts, identifiers, or access rights by third-party platforms.\n\n3. Disclaimer of Warranties\nTHE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN \"AS IS\" AND \"AS AVAILABLE\" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR INDEMNITY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LICENSOR SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OPERATIONAL STABILITY, ABSENCE OF DEFECTS, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.\n\n4.
